Call to order
President Steve Beede called the meeting to order at 4:30 pm at Kilaga Springs with 38 members present. He introduced new members, Mike and Mary Romo and introduced the guests, John and Lori Bibby.
President’s report: Steve said we need a nominating committee for the proposed 2020 officers. Since it was proposed officers serve for two years, he was glad to say all the current officers have agreed to stay on for another year. Steve asked for a volunteer to help Vice President, Susan Brenden plan the rallies as it is a big job for one person. The volunteer assistant Vice President would act as an intern for 2020 then be the Vice President in 2021. As no one volunteered, he said we would think about for now, but if someone is interested, could they please call him.
