How to be a wagon master and run a rally:

VP’s get contracts and Club puts down deposit.

Wagon Master puts out the application that’s sent out to members & then posted on website. The wagon masters meet and plan itinerary for rally. Activities could be golf, dinner out, hikes, or theater, etc.

Reservations can be made for the group by the wagon master or individuals make their own reservations.

Wagon Master needs to pick up the AED and let all members know who has the AED.

Use white board at wagon master’s site to post each day’s activities. Members can choose whatever activities they want to participate in.

Individuals need to let wagon masters know if you do not have a tow vehicle and will need a ride to activities..

BYOB – means bring your own bottle (drinks) BYOM means bring your own meat to BBQ.

Heavy Appetizers means dinner type; not potato chips.
