Stone Pine Lane and phone # is (916)409-2470. Vicki said pictures can be sent to her too.
- Website Report (Ricki Montoya): Was not present. Vicki White reminded everyone that Ricki sends out emails on behalf of various club members. It is important to NOT respond to Ricki with any questions; be sure to look for the actual sender at the end of the email, and that is the person to contact.
- Social Chair Report (Vicki White): Vicki has booked the Holiday dinner at Orchard Creek on December 9, 2022. Although Catta Verdera was very, very nice, the cost to book there again is $800 for just the room, and then the meal cost is approximately $60 per person. It was felt that cost was too high.

- OLD BUSINESS
CPR/AED training on Feb 17th. Class is full.
If you are signed up, show proof of training, and the Club will reimburse $10.00 to each member.
Secretary: Vicki mentioned that Sharon Skar has served as a vice chairperson for years and now is the Membership Chair. She also took on the Secretary duties and has been handling the meeting minutes since no one volunteered. Vicki encouraged the group to consider helping out the club. (After the meeting, Robyn Kain volunteered to handle the Secretary duties).
Dennis Bair made a suggestion that the identification sheets that we put in our windows on our rigs should have the last name covered up. We are traveling out of town and it would not be hard for someone to look up Sun City Lincoln Hills, along with your name, and potentially have your property burglarized and subject you to privacy intrusions.
IX NEW BUSINESS:
A. Rallies for 2023. – (Vicki White & Cara Roberts)
Status: There are several rallies for 2023 under consideration. They include:
- April 2, 2023 at Lodi Wine Festival for 3 days, then maybe go to Angels Camp for a few days.
- June 18, 2023 at Crater Lake and Diamond Lake in Oregon.
- August 4 -6, 2023 at Hot August nights in Reno, NV, followed by an excursion to Clio River Edge Park.
- September, 2023 at Black Oak Resort in Tuolumne; there are several adjacent locations to explore. Vicki grew up in the area and said there is much to do and explore.
- October, 2023 at Watsonville for the Gilroy Garlic Festival and Casa de Fruta for the Rennaisance Fair. However, the rates for the RV park in Watsonville are more than $100/night which is expensive.
- Maggie Giulani suggested the group look into a Rodeo event. The group suggested several locations in California that might be good for the group.
- Ron Lunsford suggested that the group consider the Bluegrass Festival in Blythe, CA in February. He just went and said it was fantastic. However, it is dry camping but you can park right there at the event site, and it is inexpensive.
The 2023 trips will be put on the website when scheduled, hopefully by June 2022. An email will be sent out listing the trips that have been scheduled.
