MINUTES

 

1. CALL TO ORDER: Mary Romo called the Meeting to Order at 4:30.

2. WELCOME NEW MEMBERS:
Barbara Cyphers and Richard Ysunza - They have been in Lincoln Hills for four months. They
have a 16 ft Airstream.

3. WELCOME GUESTS: None

4. MEMBERS PRESENT: 32

5. PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES:
a. The Minutes from the last meeting had not been posted. The Minutes will be posted and
approval will be taken at the next meeting.

6. REPORTS
a. Treasurer’s Report: The Treasurer’s Report from the last meeting had not been posted. The
Treasurer’s Report will be posted and approval will be taken at the next meeting.
b. Membership Report (Sharon Skar):  We have two new members from July. They are Lyle & Joan Winklepleck. We have now
61 households.
c. Sunshine Report (No Report)
d. Historian Report (Ron Darville):  Brought pictures of past rallies to share.
Ron asked that any pictures from our rallies be sent to him. His address is 1198 Stone Pine Lane
and phone # is (916)409-2470.
e. Social Chair Report (Vicki White): No report.

7. PROJECTED RALLIES FOR 2023/2024: (Cara Roberts/Roy Deeble)
a.  Mary reported on the rally to Diamond Lake Resort and Klamath Lake Resort in July. At
Diamond Lake, they rented patio boatsank enjoyed happy hour. One day they went to Crater
Lake. There was hiking, wine tasting and square dancing. At Klamath Lake Resort there was
canoeing on the river and enjoying the wild horses. Everyone had a fun time.
b.  Gilroy Garlic USA RV Park, Gilroy, Sept 22 - Sept 26, 2023 -Cheryl Bisson reported that
there are two sites available for 35 ft or longer. Also, there’s a real nice kitchen and club room
that we will have. The Renaissance Faire is at Pacheco Pass, HWY 152, Hollister, CA. You
need to purchase your tickets on line. https://norcalrenfaire.com/tickets/. Any questions,

the Mission.

8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
None.

9. NEW BUSINESS:
a. New Resident Orientation being held on Sept 20th at Orchard Creek Lodge. Romo’s will be
there at the table for the RV Group.
b. Positions that need to be filled in 2024 are President, Vice-President, Membership and Historian. Mary
related that if we do not get members to fill these positions, we will not be able to have a club.
You can let Mary know if you are interested or if you think someone else would be good in a
certain position.

10. OPEN COMMENTS:
Howard Stubblefield introduced Jeff Trioli from Ace Detailing in Auburn. Howard related that
Jeff worked on his motorhome and it looks like new.  Jeff related that he has over 20 years in the business. He is now working                out of Sacramento Valley RV.  He offers custom detailing of RVs, Motor Homes & 5th wheels to give your home-on-wheels a
beautiful shine. His services include:  Ceramic Coating, Weekly/biweekly servicing, paint, polish, wax, sealant, clay bar, light scratch
removal, head light restoration, upholstery cleaning, leather treatments, rubber roof resealing,
water spot removal, smoke odor removal, and more!  Ceramic coatings act as a hard glass shell to protect paint and clear coating for years.  Waxes wash off.

A motion to adjourned was made by Betty Schumacher and Seconded by Mike Romo.  Meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
