7. Historian Report (Mary Romo) – Mary requested pictures from our rallies be sent to her so that she can use them for her picture boards. She also asked a trivia question of who was the longest serving club president? It is either Steve Beede or Evie (?) - final answer to be researched.

9. Vice President Report for Rallies (Ron Lunsford)
a. Survey Results for 2025 Rallies – Ron presented the results from the recent survey for 2025 locations and requested feedback from the group. The months of January and February do not have anything scheduled at this time. March is planned for Palm Desert Catalina Spa. Will look at Carson City for June or July. Planning on Monterey Fairgrounds in August, San Diego/Mission Viejo in September. He will keep working on this and provide an update at the next meeting.
b. The upcoming rallies were reported on by the wagon masters. There is one opening at Bodega – contact Roy Deeble; Jackson Rancheria has two spots open – contact Betty Schumacher; the rest of the rallies are on track as planned.
10. Unfinished Business (Jake Baker)
a. Lifestyle Expo Updates, new flyer, Compass Ad – Mary Carbrey – Mary reported that a new flyer is being developed for the club information box at the Orchard Creek lobby. The Lifestyle Expo will include the RV Club setting up 8 club member rigs for viewing outside Orchard Creek Lodge. Club members were encouraged to show up and join the group. Corn hole and other games, music, and a bubble machine will set up. Everyone was encouraged to visit the display and to set up our chairs with fire pits as we would for a regular rally. A group photo will be taken at 1:00 so everyone is encouraged to show up for the photo. She plans to use the photo for the one-half page ad that will be in the August Compass edition.
11. New Business (Jake Baker) - none
12. Open Comments (All) – an idea was presented by Tom Moe to have business cards for the RV Club printed that can be distributed to potential new members. He explained that he runs into potential members and it would be nice to have a card to hand out easily that includes information of when our meetings are and how to sign up. The group was in favor of this idea.
13. Adjournment - A motion was made by Vicky White to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Bill Bisson. Meeting adjourned at 4:55 p.m.
