11. Unfinished Business (George Slaats)
a. Profile Picture – George encouraged everyone to submit their picture, such as a travel pic, to Robyn Kain to post on the website. It is very helpful to be able to see members’ pictures on the website so when you are going on a rally, you can see who is coming especially if there are new members.
b. Name Tags – this is an item outstanding from last year. Interest had been expressed for new name tags that you can keep at home for the meetings, and name tags that you keep in your rig. Several suggestions were made on name tag features. George requested a volunteer to work on this project.
c. AED Training and Certification – Cara Roberts – Cara reported that 10 persons are interested in new or recertification training. She will work with Sun City to get a date established in January or February. Cara reminded the group that we must have certified club members in order to check out the AED machine for our rallies. Please be sure to check your current certification to see if you are due for a recertification.

If you have RV related items you are no longer using, bring them to the meeting to see if anyone wants them. We will need to have a table set up for this. For larger items, bring a picture and a sign up sheet. She will put together an invite for Robyn to distribute before the next meeting.
Jake Baker also mentioned that a scam email is going around inviting you to a party from someone you do know. This has been infecting many of the clubs in Sun City and uses the contact lists from the user. Do not open the link; Jake did and it has created significant problems with his computer. Be Aware.
