6. Sunshine Report (Cyndy Mason) – Cheryl Bisson reported that Mary Romo suffered a broken arm and is recovering at home.
7. Historian Report (Ron Darville) – Ron brought the photos from the recent Vacaville rally for everyone to view. He also had pictures from the Christmas party 2 years ago for people to take.
8. Social Chair Report (Jake Baker for Diane Bergeron) – Jake mentioned in Diane’s absence that the Holiday Party is scheduled for December 21st. Cindy Aimar stated that the Christmas party will be at Orchard Creek, cocktails at 5:00 pm and dinner at 6:00
pm. A flyer will be coming out soon.
9. Vice President Report for Rallies (Gary McGraw reported for Ron Lunsford) – due to Ron’s absence, Gary asked wagon masters to provide updates.
a. Cheryl Bisson reported on the Vacaville Rally - It was a nice RV park for a group with a large clubhouse and a covered patio which all rigs backed up to. Even though they didn’t have 7 rigs because of medical reasons, they still got the club rate and use of the clubhouse. Vicki White did the planning but was unable to go at the last minute so Bill and Cheryl Bisson and Ron Darville and Mindy Emmons acted as Wagonmasters. Some of the fun activities were a Jelly Belly Factory tour, a Halloween Party and a Wagonmaster BBQ.
b. 2026 rallies.
i. Jackson 3/19-3/24/26 - Wagon Masters - Gary and
Karen McGraw and Rick and Amayra Myers. They have
20 applications so far. They have reserved 18 spots,
but are waiting for the new section to be completed
and will hopefully have 25 spots.
ii. Paso Robles - 4/9-4/14/26 Wagon Masters - Steve and Debra Romeo and Dan and Kathy Herbert. Applications will be out soon.
iii. Angels Camp - 5/6- 5/11/26 Steve and Ann Beede
volunteered to be Wagonmasters. Still need Assistant
Wagonmasters. Steve said it’s a nice park but no
clubhouse. We have 20 spots.
iv. Central Point/Oregon 6/10 -6/15/26 Wagon Masters - Ron Lunsford and Diane Bergeron and Joe and Theresa Gomes. No information yet.
v. Heber City, Utah - 8/22 -08/29/26 Wagon Masters
Jake and Pam Baker and Craig and Mary Carbrey. This
rally is full. There is a waiting list. It starts and ends in
Heber City so attendees will make their own plans to
get there and back. Patty Holderfield suggested that if
anyone has to cancel they let the Wagon Masters
know before they cancel their RV park reservation so
that someone on the waiting list can replace them.
vi. Clio/Graeagle - early October - It is possible the dates and/or location will be changed due to weather and the inability to get group reservations. More
information later.
10. Unfinished Business (Jake Baker)
a. Profile Picture – Jake encouraged everyone to submit their picture, such as a travel pic, to Robyn Kain to post on the website. It is very helpful to be able to see members pictures on the website so when you are going on a rally, you can see who is coming especially if there are new members.
