  8. Social Chair Report (Diane Bergeron)
    a. Flower Power Spring Party – there were 59 paid reservations but 62 persons showed up. If you attended and forgot to pay, please send $23 per person to Diane Bergeron.
  9. Vice President Report for Rallies (Ron Lunsford)
    a. 2025 Rally Updates
    i.  Roy Deeble reported on the Arcata rally and the exciting kinetic racers – the racers had to self propel their racing machine by human power only and cover 50 miles over a variety of terrains including road, water, and sand. It was a very fun event.
ii.  Assistant Wagon Master Maureen Williams reported on planned activities for the Minden, Nevada rally next week that includes a ranch picnic, a prison tour, visit to a distillery and exploring the Genoa area. A total of 22 persons are signed up. Golf will be at Genoa Lakes, George Slaats is coordinating.
iii.  In August, the Lake Siskiyou rally will be held. Ken and Marilyn Brenk are the lead Wagon Masters and Richard & Glenda Beckler are the assistants. Richard reviewed the status of the rally so far. Not all of the rigs are situated near each other so coordinating a party site will need to be evaluated – there is not a club house available. He asked attendees to bring tables and pop ups. Richard is also coordinating the golf at Mt. Shasta golf course which is a very nice mountain course. He is looking into various hikes around Dunsmuir. Lake Siskiyou is beautiful and has many boating options.
iv.  In September, there is a rally at two locations. The first is at Pismo Beach and the camp spots are full and 4 persons are on the wait list. The next part of the rally is to Mission Bay RV in San Diego. Space is still available but must be reserved by August 1st, or the park will release the sites to the public. Many fun activities are planned including time on the bay with a pontoon boat. Patty will be gone in July but Ron Lunsford will take applications for Patty.
    v.  Ron Lunsford has prepared a rally application for the November rally in Vacaville which he brought to the meeting. He is handling the rally for now, but still needs someone to sign up as the wagon master as he has already coordinated the first rally this year. He has lots of information ready to go for the area as he has been on rallies to this location many times.
vi.  The Holiday Party is scheduled for December 21st at Orchard Creek Lodge.
    b.  Ideas for 2026 rallies – Ron explained that he has set up the interest sheets for people to sign if they are interested in the tentative schedule locations – this is not a commitment but just an indication for planning purposes. Locations include Jackson Rancheria - March; Paso Robles - April; Angeles Camp – April is on hold; Central Point, Oregon - June; Fort Bragg, Pomo RV – June; Heber City, Utah – August/September; and Clio/Graeagle - October; Ron will continue to work on these locations. Wagon Masters are needed for each rally, contact Ron to let him know if you want to assist.
    10.  Unfinished Business (Jake Baker) – Jake reminded club members to submit a traveling picture of themselves so it can be posted to the website. Pictures should be sent to Robyn Kain for posting.
    11.  New Business (Jake Baker) - None
    12.  Open Comments (All)
    a.  Steve Romeo asked whether anyone had trouble driving their rigs through Sun City with the overhanging tree branches encroaching into the road way. Most people had not had problems but suggested driving away from the trees, into the bike lane if necessary. It was also suggested to send an email to Sun City requesting tree service for overhanging limbs and that there is a government code section that requires a 14 foot high clearance of roadway obstructions.
    13.  Adjournment - A motion to adjourn the meeting at 4:58 p.m. was made by Al Giuliani, seconded by Maggie Giuliani. Motion passed.
