  3. Membership Report (Cindy Aimar) – there are 65 households and 126 individual members in the club.
  4. Approve Minutes of August 14, 2025 (Jake Baker)
    a.  Motion to Approve Minutes of August 14, 2025 was made by John Aimar, seconded by Steve Beede. Motion passed.

  8. Social Chair Report (Diane Bergeron) – The Holiday party is still scheduled for December 21st at Orchard Creek Lodge; music will be provided by Steve Evans.
  9. Vice President Report for Rallies (Ron Lunsford)
    a.  2025 Rally Updates - The Mt. Shasta rally group held their rally last month and all had a very good time.
    b.  Patty Holderfield reported that the Pismo Beach rally and Mission Bay rally in San Diego will be leaving shortly in a couple of weeks. The rallies are full and much fun is expected.
    c.  Vicki White, wagon master for the Vacaville rally, reported that she has seven signups so far. This rally will be held October 28 – November 2nd. There will be a Halloween costume party and plans have been made for a Jelly Belly tour, golfing, shopping at the outlets, along with other events. So far only 7 rigs have signed up but the interest sheet from tonight’s meeting show many more are interested and she encouraged them to complete the rally application that was sent out earlier and return to her.
    d.  Ideas for 2026 rallies - Ron reviewed locations for rallies in 2026:
    i.  Jackson Rancheria – March
    ii.  Paso Robles – April
    iii.  Angeles Camp – May
iv.  Central Point, OR – June
    v.  Heber City, UT – August
    vi.  Clio/Graeagle – October
    e.  Ron also mentioned that he still has Club logo signs for your rigs available at a cost of $30 which includes the mounting hardware.
  10. Unfinished Business (Jake Baker)
    a. Profile Picture – Jake encouraged everyone to submit their picture, such as a travel pic, to Robyn Kain to post on the website. It is very helpful to be able to see members pictures on the website so when you are going on a rally, you can see who is coming especially if there are new members.
    b.  Cara Roberts reported that she has requested dates for the CPR/AED training from Rex at the Sports Center.
    c.  Nominating Committee for 2026 Board of Director positions -
(Jake Baker) – Per the Operating Policies and Procedures, the Nominating Committee shall present the proposed slate of officers at the September and October meetings and nominations may be made from the floor. Vicki White and Mary Carbrey, the Nominating Committee, indicated that the following persons have agreed to be nominated for the following positions:
    i.   President – George Slaats
ii.  Vice – President – - see discussion
iii. Treasurer – Patty Holderfield (second year)
    iv.  Secretary - Linda Hartman
    v.  Membership – Cara Roberts

Regarding the Vice President position, many members have declined to accept the position as a sole person due to the work involved with creating rallies for a whole year and the following year. The Nominating Committee and the current Board of Directors are suggesting that instead a group of members work together to develop rallies for the group, with one member being the lead person designated as the Vice President, but being assisted by the group. This way no one person has to shoulder the whole responsibility of creating rallies. Without a Vice President, the club becomes rather dysfunctional since rallies are the main point of the club’s activities. Ron Lunsford has agreed to assist the committee become established and get started for 2026. Most of the rally for 2026 is already in place, the new work would be to start planning for 2027.
This idea was welcomed by the club members with the following persons agreeing to participate: Gary McGraw who also agreed to be the Vice President; Tree Justesen; Steve Beede; Frank Mason; and Debra Romeo. A round of applause greeted the volunteers along with the nominees for the rest of the board positions.
    b.  Nominations from the floor – Nominations will also be considered if anyone else would like to be considered for any of the above positions. Contact Vicki White to ask for nomination. Nominations will be posted on the October Agenda with voting to occur at the November meeting.
    c.  2026 Board Appointed Positions
    i.  Appointments to be continued:
    1.  Sunshine – Cyndy Mason
    2.  IT Director/Webmaster – Robyn Kain
    3.  Social – Diane Bergeron
    4.  Historian – Ron Darville
    5.  Editor - Mary Carbrey

  11. Open Comments (All)
    a.  Howard Stubblefield shared an incident with his rig that ended up with $25k in damage to his rig due to a very steep driveway into a campground. Sac Valley RV did a wonderful job in repairing all the damage and coordinated the claim with the insurance adjuster ensuring everything was taken care.
    b.  Steve Beede shared that Sac Valley RV also accommodated him to store his classic vehicle for him and maintain a trickle battery system to keep the vehicle charged.
  12. Adjournment
    a.  Motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:00 p.m. was made by George Slaats, seconded by Diane Bergeron. Motion passed.
